Be Kind

Friends, there is so much pain in the world. Some are just feeling a little sting right now, while others are under a tsunami of pain that seems endless. Take a moment today if you are able, to pray, even if you don’t have words. The Spirit prays for us when we do not know how to pray.

As important, treat everyone you meet today as if they are in unbearable pain. Especially if they’re acting like a jerk. Walk away if you must, but do not be unkind. Spread love and healing. There is more than enough pain and hurt to go around.

The sun is rising. A new day is coming. We just can‘t quite see it yet. ❤️
